While Seal Bay is the home for a permanent colony of Australian sea
lions, Cape Gantheaume  and Cape du Couedic  are places to see New
Zealand fur seal colonies.  Occasionally the leopard seals are known to
visit Kangaroo Island.




This island is a place for nature lovers and those holidaymakers who
love beautiful scenery. So when you are here, take a tour to the Cape
Borda Lighthouse known to be one of the most picturesque old lighthouses
in one of the most picture perfect locations in Australia. The
landscape surrounding Kangaroo Island is quite unique. You will be
amazed by the giant granite rocks and the limestone formations in the
caves at Kelly Hill Conservation Park in the south of the island.
