region? Yes, you are right! There are circa 15 wineries for you to visit
while holidaying in this beautiful region blessed with lush vegetation
and some of the most spectacular beaches the east coast has to offer.
Stay in one of the south coast short term rentals between Kiama and
Batemans Bay such as one of the holiday homes in Mollymook to begin your wine trail.
If you arrive during the June long weekend, you have timed it well
for the Shoalhaven Coast Winter Wine Festival, being the biggest and one
of the best food and wine extravaganzas in the region attracting
thousands of eager wine and food lovers to the south coast region. Some
of the best wineries in the region will open their cellar doors to tease
your taste buds with great food and wine, cheese and wine tasting tours
as well as some super entertainment to ensure visitors thoroughly enjoy
their stay.
While the cellar doors are open between 10am and 5pm during the
festival days, you will be able to commute in hop on and off bus which
will take you to each of the participating wineries.
