Palm Beach
At the southern end of the Gold Coast, lies a beautiful stretch of sand called Palm Beach. Stretching for kilometres between the mouths of Tallebudgera Creek and Currumbin Creek, Palm Beach is wide, sandy, and spectacularly beautiful. Coolangatta:
Coolangatta is located at the southern end of the Gold Coast on the border with New South Wales. Coolangatta shares this edge of Queensland with its ‘twin town’ of Tweed Heads. Coolangatta boasts some of the region's most fascinating beaches and best surfing. The most difficult surf break is at Port Danger, while Kirra Point is also popular with more experienced surfers.The rugged headland of Point Danger gives way to delightful Rainbow Bay where gentle surf offers a safe haven for small children.
