  • Booderee National Park – This well known national park consists of popular camping spots too. Remember dogs or domestic animals are not allowed. It is a magnificent place to explore nature while on a walk.
  • Murray Beach – This is a spot ideal for fishing. There is a boat ramp and a popular attraction is the ruins of Cape St George Lighthouse which was destroyed since it was built in an incorrect location thereby directing ships to hazardous rocky coast.   • Jervis Bay Marine Park & Jervis Bay National Park – Jervis Bay is a great spot for swimming, surfing, kayaking, boating and fishing. The marine park offer wonderful bush surroundings, caves, cliffs, estuaries etc. There are pods of dolphins who call Jervis Bay home, so you will see them very often surfing in the bay. The Jervis Bay National Park which is next to Booderee National Park is known to be rich in Aboriginal heritage and blessed with animals and plants which flourish in wetland surroundings.
  • Conjola National Park – This is a fascinating park offering you lush forests, estuaries and lakes. The park features picnic areas and tracks for enjoyable bushwalks.  If you arrive during spring, you will be greeted with a spectacular display of wild flowers.
  • Meroo National Park – The park offer you heaps of opportunity to swim, kayak, canoeing and bushwalking. The nature reserve close to southern shoalhaven region is blessed with lakes such as Burill Lake, Tabourie Lake, Termeil and Meroo.
  • Narrawallee Creek Nature Reserve – The park is idea for swimming, surfing, kayaking, bushwalking and great for you to explore and enjoy the stunning beaches, forests and the estuaries. There are spots ideal for divers too.
  • Morton National Park – The park offer various scenic lookout points as well as bushwalking opportunities for walkers with varying degree of fitness and experience.
  • Murramarang National Park – The park featuring the spectacular Durras Lake offer you walking tracks to explore the lake and the Durras Mountain. The national park is blessed with beaches, rainforests, the lake and lush native vegetation.
  • Aboriginal area in Murramarang – This area with immense Aboriginal significance contains a massive collection of stone objects, bones and shells. The area with scientific significance is known to date back beyond 10,000 years.
  • Seven Mile Beach national Park – The park is inhabited with small mammals such as possums and native birds. This is one of the national park in the south coast which is famous for the sand dunes.
